Mrs. Cori Jerry Cooper Alecia Diane Wilkins and Cori Jerry Cooper were married August 28,2010, in Rosewood Baptist Church. Rev. Kevin Phillips performed the double–ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Pam and Garner Wilkins of West Columbia, South Carolina. She is the granddaughter of Sylvia and James Brayboy of Columbia. The bride graduated from Brookland– Cayce High School and is currently attending the University of South Carolina.

The bridegroom is the son of Jerry Cooper and the late Cheryl Cooper of Cayce, South Carolina. He is the grandson of the late Stephen and Orie McMillan of Lake City, South Carolina, and Ella Jo Cooper, also of Lake City. The bridegroom graduated from Brookland–Cayce High School and the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in music and the University of Cincinnati with a master’s degree in music.

The bride was given in marriage by her parents. The matron of honor was Natalie Amos, the bride’s aunt. The bridesmaids were Ashley Weathersbee, Rachel Watts, Amber Weeks, and Kara Harvey. The flower girl was Mia Amos, cousin of the bride.

The bridegroom’s father served as best man. The groomsmen were Cameron Harvey, Scott Wilkins, Russ Zokaites, and Will Timmons. The ringbearer was Dylan Heartgrove.

The wedding trip was to Atlanta, Georgia.
