Houston’s Low Country Grill opens at the North Main Plaza. Chef Frank Houston and Chef Millie Houston, along with Columbia City Council members, Columbia Empowerment Zone, Inc. Board members, and community leaders announced the opening of Houston’s Low Country Grill August 26.

Since 1994 the Houstons have been providing food services to the Midlands. The couple has established a loyal customer base with their catering service that includes southern menu items.

Houston’s Low Country Grill will officially open for business Monday, September 13. The hours of operation will be 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The restaurant is located at North Main Plaza (3800 North Main Street).
