Rock with “Lunch Money” at RCPL before going back to school
Lunch Money
Wrap up the summer with Lunch Money, the nationally known children’s rock band. Bring beach chairs and enjoy the special Summer Reading Wrap–Up Party, an evening of music and fun 6:30–8 p.m., Saturday, August 14 at Richland County Public Library’s Southeast Regional Branch, 7421 Garners Ferry Road. The event is free and open to all ages.
The nationally known children’s rock sensation Lunch Money, comprised of Molly Ledford, J.P. Stephens, and Jay Barry, has performed throughout the United States. Dizzy, their second album, features a song entitled “I Love My Library” that Ledford wrote specifically about RCPL.
There’s still time to get rewarded for reading. Register to participate in the Summer Reading Clubs available for children, teens and adults at any RCPL location through August 12.
