Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott and the Richland County Magistrates Office are providing individuals with a positive opportunity for a “Fresh Start,” an effort to clear outstanding traffic or magistrate level warrants, July 21–23, 1400 Huger Street, Central Traffic Court, Columbia. Call 576- 3167 or 576-3042 to schedule an appointment to see a judge. Scheduling will also allow anyone an opportunity to talk to an officer and learn more about their case.
