The editor was J.P. Gramling and the business

manager was Jack C. DeWitt. • Campbell’s Pharmacy, located at the corner of Devine

Street and Kilbourne Road, is having its formal opening tomorrow John T. Campbell announced. Dr. John W. Davis, former manger of the Wade Hampton Pharmacy, and Frank Campbell will also be connected with the firm.

• B. B. Daniels, well known Columbia grocer familiar to hundreds of Southeastern Columbians, is now connected with Simpson’s grocery store at 3802 Devine Street. The Simpson store this week moved into their handsome new building.

• Tomorrow morning several of Columbia’s young business men are leaving for Minneapolis, Minn., to attend the national Junior Chamber of Commerce Convention there. Those planning to make the trip include Robert L. Avinger, president elect; Douglas K. Sturkie, vice president elect; Ralph “Bud” Lillard; Holmes Harper; Cliff Harper; Bee Harper; Phil Coleman; and Charlie Stork.
