NOTICE Vital Connections of the Midlands will receive proposals for architectural and design services that include the following criteria: • Contractors will provide expertise on renovation guidelines, space planning, and labor to meet the needs of renovating infant/toddler classrooms at Arthurtown Community Child Development Center and Tender Years Child Development Center in the Hopkins area. Proposals will be received until 9:00 AM EST on the 12th day of July, 2010. All proposals will be accepted at Vital Connections of the Midlands, 1800 Main Street, 2nd Floor, Columbia, SC 29201.
