Columbian stands guard in Afghanistan

U. S. Army Sgt. Charles Snow, a Columbia resident andmember of the Parwan Provincial Reconstruction Team security element, stands guard outside the Bagram District Court House in Ghuli Ali, Parwan Province, Afghanistan, May 18, while the team’s engineers do a re–inspection of the court house. An initial inspection by PRT engineers was done in March and numerous construction issues were found. The re–inspection was to assess the contractor’s status on fixes for these discrepancies.
