The spring luncheon meeting of the Ariail Chapter of the Columbia College Alumnae Association was held on April 8, 2010, in the new refurbished Alumnae Hall. The hostesses were Edith Edens Baker (Mrs. Arthur), Sara Cook Andrews (Mrs. Lauren), Nell Maybein Howle (Mrs. Woodrow), and Adelyn Grant Price (Mrs. Thomas E., deceased).

The lovely floral arrangement was created by Nell Howle with flowers from her own and a neighbor’s yard.

Alumnae Hall is the oldest building on campus built in 1922 as the library. IN 1967, the building became Alumnae Hall when a new library was built. It has remained a meeting place for loyal alumnae ever since.
