Mrs. Ryan Boyd Reedy Mary Robertson Reading of Columbia and Ryan Boyd Reedy of Lexington were married Saturday, March 27, 2010, at First Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Matthew Gribbin Lucas officiated the 6 pm ceremony.

The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Harold Reading II, is the granddaughter of Mr. Tucker Fisher Dana and the late Mrs. Dana, and Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Harold Reading, all of Columbia. She is an honor graduate of the University of South Carolina with a bachelor of science degree in nursing. She is a registered nurse in the Emergency Department at Palmetto Health Richland.

The bridegroom, son of Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Ray Reedy Sr., is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Richard Cloud of Knoxville, Tennessee and Mr. and Mrs. Merle Eugene Reedy Sr. of Prince George, Virginia. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a bachelor of arts degree in geography. He is employed by C. R. Jackson, Inc.

The matron of honor was Amanda Reading Martin, sister of the bride. The bridesmaids were Karin Schmidt Curtis, Courtney Alvarez Henry, Jennifer Elizabeth Shaw Reading, Kira Bemis Stokes, and Katherine Elizabeth Todd. The program attendants were Madeline Nicole Mishue and Casey Louise Suits.

Douglas Ray Reedy Jr., brother of the bridegroom, served as best man. The groomsmen were Adam Wade Beharry; Dyland Frederick Curtis; Marshall Braddoch Martin; Wesley Parker; John Hardin Reading, brother of the bride; Mitchell Eugene Reedy; Garett Samuel Rikard; and Donald Griffin Wheeler.

A reception at Forest Lake Club followed. After a wedding trip to Jamaica, the couple will reside in West Columbia, South Carolina.
