Flora students excel in high school math contest

Fellow A.C. Flora High School students, Sean Soni and Sage Price, finished first and second, respectively, in the University of South Carolina’s High School Math Contest, held recently on the Columbia campus. They earned fulltuition scholarships to the university.

Flora won the Division I team championship over Spring Valley High School and Wando High School of Mount Pleasant. Columbia schools Ben Lippen and Hammond finished first and second, respectively.
