Owens joins Rotary
On February 16, James Owens (r) was inducted into the St. Andrews Rotary Club becoming the eighth new Rotarian in the club since July 1, 2009. Owens, a 1987 graduate of Clemson University, lives in Chapin and is vice president of Stephens, Inc. in Columbia. Owens is pictured with Scotty Griffin, president, St. Andrews Rotary Club.
