Ashley Robertson, a senior at the University of South Carolina, is trying to capture some of Olympia’s history for a senior project. She explained this to neighbors at the We Are Olympia meeting on Monday February 15 on Maryland Street. Robertson says she hopes the information she gathers will help residents learn more about the area in which they live. Also, at the meeting, members of Southside Baptist Church on Whaley Street announced they will be holding a yard sale on Saturday February 20 beginning at 8 am to raise money for an Alaskan misson trip later this year.
