Fred Kotoske, the Midlands Taco Bell franchisee, and his management team have donated $12,500 to Jubilee Academy. Each of his restaurants in the Columbia and Sumter market contributed the funds.

Jubilee Academy, an accredited K4–12 grade yearround school, is an inner city school working to turn hearts to Christ and lives to academic excellence. It is accredited by the South Carolina Independent School Association and a 501(c) 3. Families are required to pay at least a tiny percentage of the yearly tuition but are funded primarily by the generosity of individual donors, churches, and civic groups.

The economic times of the past year have caused donations to severely deminish. Jubilee Academy is in need of immediate funding to keep the school running.

Fred Kotoske says “that the school offers a valuable asset to the inner city children of our community. Its mission statement of envisioning educated, productive citizens who have exchanged the bondage of welfare and poverty for freedom in Christ and who will be the firm foundation for the next generation, according to God’s Word is a goal for our children that I feel is absolutely necessary to their well being. We are honored to be able to help such a wonderful organization.”
