The following Ridge View High School art students were recent winners of 21 awards in The Scholastic Art Awards of South Carolina, the most any school has received in the state of South Carolina: Ebone' Kennedy, Briana Luckey, Courtney Reynolds, Mieyah Rogers, Abi Steyne, Rashmili Vemula, Caitlin Voyles, Adrian Westenberger, Latasha Brown, Erin Fitzgerald, Joey Snipes, and Bradley Watson. The award–winning artworks will be on display through February 13, 2010, in the Monsanto Gallery at Lander University in Greenwood, S.C. Artworks and portfolios recognized with the Gold Key Award will be sent to New York City for national competition.
