The following neighborhood associations have joined together to host a forum for all mayoral candidates on Thursday, February 4, at 7 p.m. at Eastminster Presbyterian Church on Trenholm Road. Brad Warthen, formerly editor of The State newspaper (http://bradwarthen.com/), will moderate the forum.
