Happy 90th to Katherine Wolfe

Tootsie Dennis Kline, former Miss South Carolina and presently an attorney, helps Katherine Wolfe celebrate her 90th birthday. Wolfe was administrative assistant to Gov. Robert McNair and Lt. Gov. Earl Morris. She started the S.C. Deferred Compensation Program in 1980. Ten years ago she retired from the program. Presently, she is an employee of Palmetto Baptist Hospital.
