Aldridge takes SV reigns

Miles Aldridge has accepted the position of head football coach and PE teacher at Spring Valley High School. The search lasted for more than five weeks and over 65 applied for the position.

Aldridge comes to Spring Valley from Mullins High School where he was the head coach and athletic director and directed the Auctioneers to their first playoff appearance in three years in only his first year as head coach. He has over 30 years of college and NFL coaching experience which includes defensive coordinator stops at both USC and Clemson.

Spring Valley athletic director Tim Hunter says, “Miles will be a perfect fit for SV. Along with his vast experiences, he is a man that will very quickly earn the respect of the players and coaches. He will give our program a jump start to success both on and off of the field. Miles will be a valued asset to the Spring Valley community.”
