At the Harvest Hope Food Bank Emergency Food Pantry, lines of desperate, cold and hungry people are reaching from the front of the building to the edges of Shop Road.

Longer lines and levels of need are greater than at any time in their mission’s history. It is a dra- matic and sobering image. On one day they served upwards of 700 people.
