Ann Brodie’s Carolina Ballet will present “The Nutcracker,” Thanksgiving week only, at the Koger Center for the Arts.

This glittering holiday classic features international guest artists and the company of over 100 professional and pre–professional performers together with full orchestra and chorus. Performances are November 24 and 25 at 10 am; November 27 at 7:30 pm; and November

29 at 3 pm.

In recognition of the support from municipal gov- ernment, City of Columbia and Richland County, Carolina Ballet’s Friday, November 27, performance honors the police, sheriff, fire and EMS workers from city and county.

The sold out Tuesday morning program, November 24, is a special full– length presentation performed as a regular part of the curriculum for selected students in Richland School District One. This program has been ongoing since the mid 1960s.
