Margaret Glenn was the speaker at the October meeting of the Petal Pushers Garden Club. Her subject was gathering and compiling valuable garden

tips from Southern Living.

Her notebook goes back many years and is a treasure trove of information.

Shirley Smith, president, conducted the business session calling for reports from each committee.

Members of Petal Pushers were well represented at the State Fair. Betty Lewis, Margaret Glenn, and Bernice Folsom were judges in the Horticulture Division and Folsom and Glenn placed arrangements in the Artistic Section.

The hostesses were Glenn, Folsom, and Betty Lewis. They served a delicious buffet luncheon. Judy Glenn and Betty Blake were elected new members.
