Hammond School and Heathwood Hall Episcopal School met on the gridiron October 23 at Eden’s Stadium on Hammond’s campus for what is always a spirited match– up. This year’s game also brought both schools together to raise money for

charity: water, an organization providing clean drinking water to third world countries. Ramsey Ugarte, Hammond’s student body president said, “To tell the truth, I actually conceived of the idea while watching the charity: water anniversary clip on YouTube. I thought this would be a great way to get the two schools together for a good cause. I called my friend, Benji Stern, Heathwood Hall’s student body president, and we each ordered wristbands and completely sold out.” Together, the two schools raised $3,000— nearly twice the goal.
