The Garden Club Council of Greater Columbia will meet November 23 at the Garden Council Building, 1605 Park Circle, Maxcy Gregg Park.

The board will meet at 9 am, refreshments prepared by Whitehall Garden Club will be served at 9:30, and the program begins at 10 am.

“Blue Star Memorial Markers, Where and Why” will be presented by Betty Gourdin, State Chairman, Garden Club of South Carolina. The public is invited.
