The Mid–Carolina Camellia Society held its annual Fall Camellia Show at the S.C. State Fair October 23–25. Out of the hundreds of camellias judged, a few stood out, including the winner of the best large camellia, Lauren Tudor (above, left) submitted by Chuck and Bev Ritter of Melrose, Florida; and the best local winner (right) Blushing Beauty, submitted by G. William Supplee of Columbia.
