Vehicle Day at Columbia Jewish Day School

Columbia Jewish Day School held vehicle day Wednesday, October 14. Eight vehicles visited the school’s parking lot for the students to study. Students drew pictures, sketched the engines, asked questions, and researched math, science, and social studies topics regarding these vehicles. The vehicles studied included a bucket truck f rom SCE&G, a fire truck from Station #33, back hoe, jet vac, trailer, tractor, ambulance, and police car. Students will continue to study vehicles for the next two weeks.
