Scarecrows found in Robert Mills Garden

The Scarecrows in the Garden Contest & Exhibit sponsored by the Historic Columbia Foundation opened October 1 and will continue through Halloween at the Robert Mills House and Gardens, 1616 Blanding Street. This free exhibit showcases a variety of uniquely–crafted scarecrows from area businesses, schools, families, and organizations.
