Knights of Columbus Assembly 2902 members honor local publ ic ser vants at the Blue Mass. The Knights of Columbus Assembly 2902 held their fourth annual Blue mass to honor police, fire, and rescue personnel on Saturday, September 12 at St. John Neumann Catholic church.

The Blue Mass is dedicated to those serving our community and commemorates those public safety personnel who have lost their lives in the line of duty. It is a time of prayer and celebration.

There were 21 representatives from Columbia Fire, Richland county EMS, and the Richland county sheriffs department in attendance. A reception followed with the community sharing their words of appreciation.
