Walk in Your Child’s Shoes” simulation event

Contributed by Sandills School

In recognition of Dyslexia Awareness Month, Sandhills School’s Outreach Program is hosting “Walk in Your Child’s Shoes: What it’s Like to be Dyslexic” Tuesday, October 13.

This simulation workshop will provide participants with the opportunity to get a glimpse into the dyslexic child’s struggles. This is a great educational event for parents, educators, and other interested participants to understand what the dyslexic child goes through on a daily basis.

The simulation workshop will begin at 6:30 pm at Sandhills School, 1500 Hallbrook Drive. Space is limited, so please reserve a spot by contacting Sandhills at info@sandhillsschool. org or 695-1400. This event is free and open to the public.
