You could call them a perfect 10. That’s the number of Richland One seniors named as semi–finalists in the 2010 National Merit Scholarship Program, which awards college scholarships to academically gifted students.

Only one percent of U.S. high school seniors qualify as National Merit semifinalists. Scholarship winners will be announced in the spring.
