Skyhawks spike Highlanders

Caroline Hudon had two kills, three service winners, and five spikes that reulted in points to lead Hammond over Heathwood Hall 3- 0 (25- 20, 25- 9, 25- 16) in a volleyball match held at Heathwood Hall Tuesday, September 15.
Elaine Epting finished with six kills and a block. Amber Bennett had four service winners and two kills, and Sophia Chen contributed three kills to go with three winners for Hammond. Katie Hood had four service winners, and Kaki Smith had numerous saves and sets to go along with two service winners and three points.
The Highlanders were led by Aj'a Wilson. She finished with three kills, a block and service winner, and five hits that ended in Heathwood points. Carson Lunceford had a service winner and five points for the Highlanders.
