      The Garden Club Council of Greater Columbia will meet September 28 at the Garden Council Building, 1605 Park Circle, Maxcy Gregg Park. The board will meet at 9 am, refreshments prepared by Hunting Creek Garden Club will be served at 9:30, and the program begins at 10 am.
