Mr. Smith and Tyshawn Killian Elementary School, 2621 Clemson Road, needs volunteers to work with students in their REACH (Readers Enthusiastic About Climbing Higher) program.

The REACH program pairs a student who needs help in reading with a community member who wants to help a child become a more successful reader. Volunteers are asked to commit to a 30 minute session once a week to work with the same student each time.
