The Skipp Pearson Jazz Foundation and the Columbia Marriott Hotel, 1200 Hampton street are partnering in the arts, launching the beginning of listing entertainment venue for live jazz music that is wholly unique. From September 4- November 27, every Friday evening from 9 pm to 1 am, the Columbia Marriott on Main will be the place for, "hot live jazz music," good French American cuisine, and very special featured guest artists.

Reservations are strongly suggested: (803) 400-1205. The cover is $5 per person, which includes a minimum of one drink (domestic or imported beer, fine French and American wines, soft drinks and waters) and one food item (heavy appetizers and desserts).

Featured guest artists for the grand premiere are Loretta Holloway, South Carolina's First Lady of Song and Pete Neighbour, clarinetist and jazz master.
