I watched parts of Obama's NH speech, and later, news reports of Arlen Specters' meeting in PA. Specter's meeting was marked by angry outbursts by citizens fed up with corruption, incompetence, and self- serving greed from government in general and Congress in particular. That's happening more and more frequently, all across the nation. More ... President Obama made many promises during his campaign, but he has already thrown several of them down the drain. He had promised not to raise taxes on non- wealthy people, but now he is talking about the possibility of taxing the health insurance we get from our employers. More ... Why does our state of South Carolina allow any motorized vehicle to be operated on our roads and highways without requirement of a driver's license, tag, and insurance?
