Soon after 9 am Wednesday, July 22, Columbia City Council passed Ordinance 2009- 078, amending Ordinance 2007- 048 to adopt the budget for the City of Columbia for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2008. On July 19, the congregation sent forth a team of 124 persons including youth and counselors for the 30th Annual Youth Mission Project. A caravan of buses, vans, trucks, and trailers loaded with sleeping bags, tools, and ladders traveled to Hollywood, S.C., south of Charleston. Stopping to smell the flowers
