Vic Tutte celebrates 90th birthday

Jim Covington (l) and Maxie Roberts (r) celebrate the past 90 years with Vic Tutte, former photographer for The State newspaper. Tutte fought on the side of the British during WWII and was captured at the Battle of Dunkirk by the Germans. He spent five years in a German prison camp. In 1974, he received his United States citizenship of which he is most proud.
