The Columbia Capital Rotary Scholars for 2009 are Rosanne Sullivan and Mimi Keenan. Both students are from Hammond School. Both will receive annual scholarships of $2,000 throughout their four- year studies. Sullivan will attend The University of South Carol ina Honors College and Keenan wil l attend The Col lege of Charleston Honors College
