      After trailing 4- 0 through the first half of the game, West Columbia Post 79 scored 10 unanswered runs to beat Richland Post 6 10- 6 on Friday June 21. Ryan Burt's pitching helped West Columbia Post 79 get back into the game. After giving up four runs in the first four innings, Burt got six of the next seven batters out.

      Orangeburg Post 4 defeated Columbia Northeast Post 182 8-4 on Tuesday June 23. Don Sandifer picked up the win for Post 4, pitching a complete game giving up four runs and striking out 11 batters. Scott Baldwin started the game for Post 182. He pitched four innings giving up five runs and striking out three batters.
