Kelly Grady Kelly Grady, a student at A.C. Flora High School, recently served as a page for the North Carolina House of Representatives.

She is the daughter of Harry and Karen Scruggs of Columbia and was sponsored by Representative Tricia Cotham (D- Mecklenburg).
