Sealed proposals will be received by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Columbia, South Carolina, for construction of Owens Field Skate Park. Proposals will be accepted from any Contractor qualified to bid under the South Carolina Licensing Law, until 2:00 p.m., local time, July 13, 2009 at the seventh floor Conference Room, 1136 Washington Street in Columbia, South Carolina. This is a Subcontracting Outreach Program Project.
