Baseball games, the smell of hot dogs and boiled peanuts; the feel of fresh green grass beneath your bare feet; cannon balls and the cries of Marco/Polo in the pool; dancing in the passing by of a summer rain shower; and resting in the grass on a warm summer's night attempting to count all of the stars in the sky. Are these memories of your youth?

Carolina Children's Home wants to ensure its 50 plus children and adolescents have a summer full of similar wonderful memories and experiences. To do this, they need help making their wish a reality.

Please make a gift supporting the Carolina Children's Home Summer Enrichment Fund.

The Summer Enrichment Fund allows children and adolescents the opportunity to enjoy a few "extra- special" summer rights of passage, such as visiting Charleston for the day exploring the aquarium, carriage tours, and lunch on the beach; outings to cultural arts performances at local theaters; attending baseball games; ice skating; purchasing pool supplies for summer fun; learning how to swim; ice cream socials; and in- kind gifts of hot dogs, chips and drinks for campus cook- outs.

For 100 years, Carolina Children's Home has provided exceptional services to children and families in crisis through the great generosity of individuals, families and companies within the surrounding communities. With your continued support, the home will continue to provide care, opportunity and love to the hundreds of South Carolina children and adolescents who pass through its doors annually.
