      Monday, June 8, 2009 Tony Price and Dwayne Addy led the Columbia Northeast Post 182 Rangers over the Richland Post 6 Pathfinders 11- 6 in a League 8 American Legion show down at Ridge View High School Monday night. Price went 3- for- 5 from the plate with a home run two RBIs, and two runs.

Married for 25 years to Richland Post 6 baseball coach Ray Derrick, who just completed his fifth year at the helm at Hammond School, Pati finds her love of all things baseball comes in handy, since he lives, eats, and breathes the lifestyle.

McEachern catches titles
      Spr ing Valley high School student D. J. McEachern captured his second straight TBF of South Carolina bass fishing state championship title May 16. McEachern will go to Pittsburgh in July where he will compete for the World Championship title & scholarship money.
