Share fair at Columbia Jewish Day School

Students at the school worked on projects throughout the year, culminating in the Share Fair where they were given the opportunity to showcase their best work. Projects displayed included handmade books, artwork, U.S. and Israeli immigration project, personal flags, science projects, and more.

Pietras, owner of David Pietras Custom Woodwork, is finishing up his first year as RNE's building construction teacher.

Tenenbaum Award honors three educators for success in school leadership training

Children's Home seeking support for enriching summer activities

      Baseball games, the smell of hot dogs and boiled peanuts; the feel of fresh green grass beneath your bare feet; cannon balls and the cries of Marco/Polo in the pool; dancing in the passing by of a summer rain shower; and resting in the grass on a warm summer's night attempting to count all of the stars in the sky. Columbia High grad wins new car in perfect attendance contest

      What could be more perfect than winning a brand- new car just before you graduate from high school? Taylor Patterson finished her senior year at Columbia High School with perfect attendance for the year, which qualified her for a drawing for which one of the top prizes was a 2009 Chevy Cobalt. She was one of three lucky winners.
