Brandolyn Thomas Pinkston, administrator for the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs, is the featured speaker for The Capital Senior Center's (CSC) Wednesday, May 20 Wine and Unwind lecture.

Pinkston will discuss aspects of consumer fraud including predatory lending, privacy issues, telemarketing and other deceptive practices, as well as current consumer education programs, and advocacy and outreach efforts throughout the state.

The Wine and Unwind series is open to adults over 21. Events begin at 5:30 pm on the third Wednesday of the month with refreshments, followed by the lecture and discussion which end at 7 pm.
