The Remember When Ballroom
      The octogenarians at Presbyterian Community of Columbia will open their ears and take a trip down Memory Lane on the evening of May 26, when Bob Knox and his Blue Serenade Orchestra play a program of Big Band Swing Music. No doubt there will be plenty of toe- tapping and humming along as the retirees recall their evenings on the ballroom floor in the 1930s and 40s.

      Bob Knox and his Blue Serenade Orchestra has been playing music of the 30s, 40s and 50s in the Columbia area since the band formed in 1999. Over the years they've played a variety of locations and events from the Fort Jackson Officers Club to a number of retirement communities.
