Zombie P rom is a 1950s horror comic book brought to life as a musical comedy by the Ridge View High School Musical Theatre Students. Based on the 1996 Rowe & Dempsy Off- Broadway musical of the same name, this is the story of Toffee, the sweet teenage prom queen, and her boyfriend, Jonny "without- an- H" Warner, who meet at Enrico Fermi High School. The principal, Miss Delilah Strict, puts her stiletto- heeled foot down and insists that the indecisive Toffee break up with Jonny.

Poor, tortured Jonny throws himself into the nearest Nuclear Power Plant and soon re- emerges as a Teenage Zombie. Newly reformed, Jonny swears his love for Toffee in a fantastic interview by sensationalist talk show host, Eddie Flagrante.

When Eddie shows up at Enrico Fermi High to cover the story live, we see that he and Miss Strict share a tumultuous past and we begin to consider the following questions: Will Toffee take Jonny back? Will Miss Strict let Jonny come back and finish school, or will she cancel Senior Prom, ruining the most important night in the lives of the students of Enrico Fermi High?
