The Garden Club Council of Greater Columbia will meet April 27 at the Garden Council Building, 1605 Park Circle, Maxcy Gregg Park. The Board will meet at 9 am. Refreshments prepared by Blythewood Garden Club will be served at 9:30 am, and the program begins at 10 am.

Tesa Griffin, liaison for the South Carolina Department of Transportation will present a program entitled

Wildflowers on the H ighway.
