The alliance forms a unique partnership that will provide a wider array of legal services to clients of the smaller minority- owned firm in a cost- effective way while expanding the larger Nelson Mullins' South Asian client base and East Coast footprint. Kumar Pathak's 16 attorneys are based in offices in Atlanta and Central New Jersey, a state that is home to some of Nelson Mullins' Fortune 500 pharmaceutical clients.
