Captain Ragland from the Richland County Sheriff's department spoke on some recent crimes. An arrest was made on Dover Street. The suspects, whose names were not released, were busted for narcotics. Ragland also talked about two cases of car break- ins in the Rosewood area; however, he didn't mention any arrests. He said that the number of crimes were down for February and were on track to be down for March as well.
