The Girl Scouts of South Carolina Mountains to Midlands, Inc. held this year's Girl Scout Cookie Rally, Saturday, January 10, at Red Bank Elementary School in Lexington

Girl Scouts used cookie passports to travel to all the continents for activities related to each cookie. Volunteers with Blue Star Mothers assisted girls in "Cookies for Soldiers" activities. Girl Scouts will be sending Girl Scout cookies to soldiers serving abroad again this year. Last year Mountains to Midlands Girl Scouts shared over 11,000 boxes of cookies with military personnel.

Girl Scouts will begin taking cookie orders January 16.
