NOTICE OF APPLICATION Notice is hereby given that M & D's Barbecue & Grill, LLC intends to apply to the South Carolina Department of Revenue for a license/permit that will allow the sale ON premises consumption of Beer, Wine, and Liquor at 7708 Fairfield Rd., Columbia, SC 29203. To object to the issuance of the permit/license, written protest must be received by the SC Department of Revenue no later than January 11, 2009.
